From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Celery Street reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Typically, you will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed.
At this point, no, many of the items we carry are limited production or one of a kind product. If we are able to reorder sold out products the item will show an expected restocking date. Please check back near the date. When the product is received the site will allow you to order it.
We regret that online orders cannot be held for later shipment.

When your order is shipped via US Postal Service we send you a shipping confirmation with the package tracking number. Or, you can call us for an update.
To cancel or change an order please contact us at 1.888.733.0616. Please note Celery Street cannot cancel or change an order for any items after the item has been picked for shipping (you can, of course, return the item for a refund).
Celery Street is proud to offer exceptional products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 30 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. We regret that opened food and personal care items cannot be returned. Also, we cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale or special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Please make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.

At this time Celery Street does not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. and its territories. Celery Street does ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. A surcharge of $15.95 per order applies to shipping addresses outside of the continental U.S.
Shipping charges are based on the combined weight of all items selected and ship to location. The shipping options and charges will appear after you have entered your shipping information. You may select whatever method you prefer.
The options for express shipping are displayed for selection with price during the check out process. Items shipped via 3-Day, 2nd Day or Next Day will be shipped the day order, if at all possible and must be in our system not later than 2 p.m. Eastern (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern Friday and on Saturday-Sunday will ship on Monday. Charges are per address. Express shipping is not available for oversized items or to P.O. boxes. Express shipping is not available to AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.
We follow the theme of Recycle, Reuse, and Reduce. In keeping with those ideals, our packing boxes contain up to 70% recycled material. Our bubble wrap in biodegradable and our paper packaging is made from recycled material. We occasionally reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse. We admit that some of these materials are not “the friendliest,” yet reusing is another form of recycling.
When you provide us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive email newsletters and sale notices from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter or sale notices you can opt out at anytime by clicking on "modify your email profile" at the bottom of the email. You will still receive shipping confirmation emails whenever you order. Celery Street never shares your email address.
Currently we use postal addresses for shipping only. We would never distribute your postal information to anyone else.

We are committed to causes that support our environment and the people and animals that inhabit it. To that end, each year we pick a few non-profit partners and donate a portion of our sales to them. Unfortunately, we are not able to donate to everyone that requests.
